Packaging
If you are returning an item please use the shipping company from which you receive our product. You will need a working printer to use this service. You’ll receive a shipping label through mail, this you need to print out and tape to the packaging. You can use the packaging of your order again, prepare another box or wrap it up with packaging paper, please make sure it is packed safely so nothing will drop out. Once this is done please take your return to a post office near you, make sure to get a receipt as proof of your return.
cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire,or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Your refund will be done within a maximum timeframe of 10 working days after your return has been processed. Depending on the chosen payment method in your order we automatically refund the amount via PayPal, Credit Card or iDeal.
Please note: You will be refunded for the amount originally paid. We will contact you if this changes when there is a case of lost in value. Do take account on the shipping costs for returning the product, you have to take responsibility on this.
